On-Site Service
Our team of experienced service engineers can fault find, repair and tend to any cosmetic issues relating to your ‘roll-a-ball’ Derby at your location. Each on-site service generally takes between 1 to 2 days (depending on the condition of the game) and will ensure that your game is fully operational and capable of maximising revenue potential.
Once we have completed the service to your full satisfaction, we provide a comprehensive written report that outlines the work that has been completed. Written warranties are also provided for replacement parts.

Factory Refurbishment
If the condition of your Derby game is such that an extensive service is required, we can ship your game back to our workshop for a complete overhaul. This service includes:
Dismantle and collection from your site
Removal of all coated surfaces (paint, chrome etc.) – returned to original finish
Repair of all faulty circuit boards and components
Replacement of missing / worn items
Extensive cleaning and testing
Delivery and assembly of the game back at your site
