Our team of experienced service engineers can test, repair and clean your ‘roll-a-ball’ Derby at your location. Each on-site service generally takes between 2 to 3 days (depending on the condition of the game) and will ensure that your game is fully operational and capable of maximising revenue potential.
Once we have completed the service to your full satisfaction, we provide a comprehensive written report that outlines the work that has been completed. Written warranties are also provided for replacement parts.
Please contact us for a detailed description of what our full on-site service entails, and to discuss your maintenance requirements.
[Please Note: Due to the repair process involved, game Models can only be serviced in our workshop. Please contact our office for further details.]
If the condition of your Derby game is such that an extensive service is required, we can ship your game back to our workshop for a complete overhaul. This service includes:
Dismantle and collection from your site
Removal of all coated sufaces (paint, chrome etc.) – returned to original finish
Repair of all faulty circuit boards and components
Replacement of missing / worn items
Extensive cleaning and testing
Delivery and assembly of the game back at your site
The above list is just a basic description of what our factory service entails. Contact us for a detailed description of our full factory service package and to discuss your refurbishment requirements with one of our experienced engineers.
[Please note: Due to logistics we currently only offer this service to games that are located within the United Kingdom]
