Shipping & Delivery
We ship products across the globe and try to make the delivery process as simple as possible. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 1:00p.m. (GMT) will be allocated for shipping the following working day (subject to stock availability). In the case of UK bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an additional two working days. We always aim to deliver within the estimated date, but occasionally due to high order volumes in certain sales periods please allow 2 days beyond your delivery date before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of any unexpected delay. Please note that all deliveries are conducted by external couriers and ‘Roll-a-Ball’ Ltd. can not accept any liability for actions beyond our control. Privacy & Security This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. ‘Roll-a-Ball’ Ltd. uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers. During the payment process, we ask for information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes:

Returns & Replacements
Your item must be in its original, unused conditioned to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your return request must be made WITHIN 7DAYS of your purchase.

All non-faulty returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Also, we do not refund the original shipping costs paid, or the cost of sending any returned item to us.
“Roll-a-Ball” returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and request a tracking number before sending any item back. Any product without an authorised tracking number will not be refunded.
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 7 days for exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in their original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. If any labels are removed from the item(s) then any warranty is deemed to be void.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning, and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. ‘Roll-a-Ball’ Ltd. will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to ‘Roll-a-Ball’ Ltd. is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred.
Any product returned not to be found defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. Ordering Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications and prices, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur, ‘Roll-a-Ball’ cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. This includes any promotions. We apologise if any inconvenience is caused. Incorrect / Damaged Goods We try very hard to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition. If you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time period (estimated delivery date plus 3 working days), please contact us. In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact ‘Roll-a-Rall’ Ltd. immediately. A replacement will be dispatched within 72 hours, subject to availability. If we are unable to replace the item, a full refund will be given, including all delivery / shipping costs incurred.
